About the Artist
Morgan Sullivan is a Gillette-based tattoo artist and owner of Mo Tattoos, where she has specialized in portrait realism for the past 15 years. While tattooing is her primary artistic medium, Morgan also creates fine art using colored pencil, pastel pencil, and pastel chalk.
A lifelong artist, Morgan originally attended art school on a full-ride scholarship to study ceramics before pursuing tattooing professionally. Her work has been featured in AVA Art Center showcases and community events including Grit & Gather, Spring Fest Fundraiser, and Dancing with Gillette Stars. She has also donated artwork to numerous local charity auctions.

Burnin’ Daylight captures the motion, grit, and beauty of the American West through dramatic lighting, layered realism, and vivid storytelling. The piece features silhouetted riders moving across an open Wyoming landscape beneath a colorful sunset sky, framed by native wildflowers and western imagery.
Morgan’s signature use of contrast and realism brings depth and movement to the sculpture while honoring the culture, work ethic, and visual identity of the West.
